Job summary

You will review WMS data, manage staffing with the Inbound/Outbound Manager, and drive continuous improvement through productivity plans and quality metrics. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a distribution center.
• Understanding of inventory accounting.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews WMS reports and notifies appropriate personnel of outages or failures.
• Plans daily production goals and staffing with inbound/outbound leadership.
• Monitors staffing levels and participates in staffing decisions with HR.
• Oversees employee records and performance reviews.
• Supports safety programs to reduce injuries and incidents.
• Interviews and selects candidates in partnership with HR.
