Job summary

The ideal candidate has two or more years of supervisory experience, plus WMS knowledge and strong attention to detail. Prior automated DC experience and payroll system familiarity are preferred, with a focus on safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
• Automated distribution center experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews WMS reports; notifies WMS personnel regarding shutdowns or other WMS failures.
• Utilizes SOPs to resolve problems; communicates issues to Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Reviews reports to determine daily department staffing levels; reviews staffing plan with Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Plans daily production goals.
• Interviews and selects candidates for employment in partnership with Human Resources department.
• Maintains employee records and supports safety programs to reduce injuries.
