Qualifications

• Computer skills: WMS, Word, Excel, KRONOS.

Responsibilities

• Reviews WMS reports and notifies WMS personnel of issues.
• Uses SOPs to resolve problems and communicates with Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Reviews staffing plans and participates in staffing reviews.
• Plans daily production goals and monitors quality metrics.
• Maintains employee records and supports safety programs.
• Interviews and selects candidates in partnership with HR.
