Dsv Air & Sea SAU is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor II to oversee daily operations at their Clarksville, TN facility. This role involves managing inbound and outbound logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to client KPIs while optimizing processes.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of logistics experience and 1 year in a supervisory position, with a high school diploma or GED required. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary between $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year will be offered.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising, labor management and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily, including labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower. People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues and resolving problems. Under the direction of the Operations Manager or Distribution Center Manager, the Supervisor supervises the receiving, warehousing and shipping of products in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing and distributing client products.
Constantly sitting; ability to lift/carry and push/pull 11‑20 pounds; reach above shoulder, squat or kneel.
The employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Base pay range: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
