Job Description

Position Hours: 1st Shift (7 AM - 5 PM) Monday-Friday

The Carlstar Division of Titan International is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Supervisor I for their McDonough, GA facility. This position oversees inventory and staff within the warehouse, coordinating a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, and supplies. It requires understanding relevant policies, procedures, and practices, as well as leading and directing other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DC Manager with hiring and training new employees.
• Schedule and oversee shipping, inventory, auditors, and maintenance staff.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Schedule, manage, and invoice maintenance repairs in the building.
• Complete specified reports at the assigned frequency.
• Manage physical inventory, compare results to computerized inventory, and reconcile differences.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions if needed.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Purchase supplies for the site when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics; 1+ year in leadership preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and math skills.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
