PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse in Collierville, TN. The role oversees warehouse activities, inbound/outbound shipments, and storage, ensuring efficiency and compliance across locations.

You will lead courier and warehouse teams, manage schedules, and drive process improvements while adhering to federal and state regulations. On-site role with strong growth opportunities in a patient-focused rare-disease environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with teams and vendors.
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy is required unless holding a TN Pharmacist license.

Responsabilités

• Supervises all warehouse activities at Collierville, TN.
• Establishes systems for non-pharmacy supplies (e.g., cold chain coolers) and monitors inventory and cost savings.
• Supervises personnel in warehouse functions and coordinates inbound/outbound shipments and storage.
• Coordinates movement of products between locations and oversees transport of prescriptions to patients, facilities, or couriers.
