Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Collierville, Tennessee, is seeking a Lead Inventory Coordinator to oversee receiving and inventory control for medications and supplies. You will ensure data accuracy in the pharmacy processing system and support dispensing activities throughout the year.

The role emphasizes optimizing inventory levels, coordinating with finance, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• 2+ years pharmacy operations experience.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Must be registered with the state Board of Pharmacy or be eligible to obtain registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, secure, and maintain drugs and supplies per standards.
• Collaborate with finance for accruals and monthly reports.
• Use pharmacy software to optimize PAR levels and inventory turns.
• Develop and analyze reports to manage inventory and productivity.
• Coordinate orders via wholesalers, GPO, dropship, 340B.
• Assist with cycle counts and DSCSA compliance.
• Ensure proper stock placement and expiry checks.
• Handle returns/ recalls and inventory reconciliations.
