Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Manager of Inventory Management to oversee wholesale and direct manufacturer purchases, ensuring accurate system data and efficient stocking throughout the year. This onsite role at the Collierville fulfillment center leads the inventory team and collaborates with finance and vendors to optimize costs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or registered pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited school.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Tennessee.
• Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Current enrollment in NABP Verify.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, secure, and maintain drugs and supplies per standards and pedigree requirements.
• Partner with finance to provide accruals, complete inventory counts, and financial performance reports.
• Use pharmacy software to optimize PAR levels, adjust reorder points, and maximize inventory turns.
• Develop and analyze reports to manage inventory and improve workflow.
• Work with vendors to place orders through wholesalers, GPOs, dropship, 340B, or manufacturer designee.
• Ensure DSCSA requirements are maintained and manage recalls/returns with vendors.
• Oversee inventory coordinator team and quarterly inventory activities.
