Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator. This non-exempt, full-time role reports to the Manager of Pharmacy Operations and supports receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products.

The job emphasizes safe, efficient warehouse practices, cross-department coordination, and process improvements in a healthcare setting. Hybrid/remote on-site options are available based on position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy or ability to initiate the registration process after hire.

Responsibilities

• Unloads inbound shipments and handles packing, labeling, and preparation of outbound shipments.
• Coordinates movement of products to storage areas and maintains orderly warehouse organization.
• Inspects warehouse conditions and equipment and prepares work orders for repairs or replacements.
• Ensures clean, safe, and secure work environment and assists in facility upkeep.
• Communicates with department heads to coordinate warehousing with production, sales, and purchasing.
• Manages inbound receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and inventory control processes.
