UPS in Yakima, WA is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead safety‑driven teams in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will supervise, train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production, attendance, and quality, while maintaining high standards and strong customer service.

In this permanent role, you will drive continuous improvement, coach staff, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to optimize efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Management experience - Preferred

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
