Job summary

Performance Foodservice seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and daily workflow. You will lead a team to ensure accurate, timely product flow and foster a safe, efficient environment.

The role requires 4–6 years of supervisory experience in warehousing and a solid understanding of common warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years warehouse and team lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Coordinates with Transportation Manager to ensure efficiency and proper loading/unloading.
• Reviews stock status reports and coordinates with inventory staff to ensure accurate counts.
• Coordinates with inventory staff to return obsolete product or sell to other distributors.
• Ensures building and equipment are maintained; supervises maintenance and repair.
• Notifies customers of stock shortages and communicates with Customer Service and Ops Manager.
• Maintains knowledge of SOPs and ensures department staff comply.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
