Lineage in Houston seeks a warehouse supervisor for first shift (6am–3:30pm). You will supervise the warehouse team, train staff, manage shipments, and coordinate inventory to meet company and customer standards for service, quality, safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kgs) and work in varying temperatures.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noise levels in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to direct reports.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organize merchandise while maintaining inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete tasks on time.
• Track and report warehouse activities to plant personnel.
• Collaborate with operations to meet service, quality, safety and productivity standards.
• Investigate accidents following company procedures.
