Job summary

Lineage Logistics Services in Georgia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day shift (6am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday) and oversee the warehouse team. You will ensure productivity, accurate inventory, and adherence to safety and quality standards across cold and dry storage areas.

You will work with Operations leadership to optimize processes, train staff, and maintain efficient production schedules. The role demands hands-on problem solving, clear communication, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Strong conflict management skills.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Must be comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to ensure productivity.
Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organize inventory.
Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing.
