Turnils North America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse departments, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipping while meeting productivity and cost objectives. You will train staff, improve processes, and enforce safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift experience, strong English, and basic computer and math skills; a GED/HS diploma is required. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Solid ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Basic math skills including fractions.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse departments to ensure efficient material flow.
• Ensure accurate receiving and shipping of material.
• Assign orders to material handlers and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Meet productivity, safety and cost objectives.
• Coordinate workflow through all warehouse functions.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Train material handlers and forklift operators.
• Conduct regular evaluations of forklift operators.
• Enforce company safety policies and discipline per guidelines.
