Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse execution, safety, quality, and customer service on the shop floor. You will drive adoption of digital tools, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with plant leadership.

The role requires hands-on supervision, coaching teams, and using dashboards to monitor performance and guide decisions. A strong operational mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

Business Acumen & Process Responsibilities:

• * Practical understanding of how daily decisions impact service, labor efficiency, and cost
• * Apply Lean and basic industrial engineering concepts to frontline problem solving
• * Interpret dashboards and performance data with business context
• * Understand quality, safety, productivity, and service tradeoffs

Key Responsibilities:

• * Customerfocused daily execution and service reliability
• * Coaching, mentoring, and safety leadership
• * Rootcause problem solving and kaizen execution
• * Use of dashboards and AIassisted tools to manage daily performance

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role and/or bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:
