Job summary

Stellantis Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily execution, safety, quality and customer service on the shop floor. This role drives performance while supporting adoption of digital tools, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will coach, mentor, and lead safety initiatives; interpret dashboards; and apply Lean concepts to front‑line problem solving while ensuring service reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
