Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a PDC Manager to lead the Parts Distribution Center with a focus on customer service excellence, last-mile delivery performance, and labor relations. This senior role will drive long-range site strategy while leveraging automation and analytics to optimize operations.

You will manage the PDC as a profit-impacting node within the distribution network, applying industrial engineering principles and overseeing capital investments, ROI, and risk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum 10 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a distribution warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement systems and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experience managing day-to-day operations in a union environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a detailed project plan.
  • Ability to develop analyses to improve current standard processes and performance.
  • Willingness to work extended weekday hours and weekends, and relocate.

  • Own customer service leadership and senior dealer escalation management.
  • Capitalize on last-mile delivery and carrier performance accountability.
  • Lead labor relations, grievance handling, and negotiations.
  • Oversee strategic planning, financial stewardship, and people leadership.
  • Provide AI-enabled decision leadership, analytics governance oversight.

Job description

The PDC Manager is the senior site leader accountable for customer service excellence, lastmile delivery performance, labor relations, and longrange site strategy, leveraging embedded and emerging automated technologies within the Parts Distribution Center (PDC).

Business Acumen & Engineering Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Manage the PDC as a profitimpacting node within a broader distribution network
  • Apply industrial engineering principles (capacity modeling, flow optimization, labor standards, layout strategy)
  • Evaluate servicetocost tradeoffs, ROI, payback, and risk for capital and technology investments
  • Communicate complex operational and engineering concepts at the executive level
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer service ownership and senior dealer escalation leadership
  • Lastmile delivery and carrier performance accountability
  • Labor relations leadership, grievance handling, and negotiations
  • Strategic planning, financial stewardship, and people leadership
  • AIenabled decision leadership, analytics governance, and technology adoption oversight
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Labor, Communications, Business, Marketing, or other related field of study

  • Master's degree Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Labor, Communications, Business, Marketing, or other related field of study
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a detailed project plan
  • Ability to develop analyses to improve current standard processes and seek solutions to improve performance
  • Ability to manage and identify urgent customer and plant KPI's
