Job summary

Paxon is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor (Bilingual) to oversee shift activities at our Batavia, IL location. This role requires strong leadership to drive productivity and ensure accurate inventory handling.

You will manage schedules, supervise fulfillment staff, and ensure safe operation of equipment while coordinating staffing for daily orders. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehousing, experience with multi-client environments, and proficiency in MS Office and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related warehousing, receiving, or inventory control experience.
• Experience in a multi-client warehousing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop hourly staff and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Determine space requirements and ensure inventory is stored accurately.
• Manage daily work schedules of fulfillment associates for productivity.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean environment.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to be based at our Batavia location reporting to the Operations Manager. Available to work Sunday to Thursday schedule

Job Summary:

Staci Americas is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

Job Duties:

• Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
• Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Knowledge of:

• Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability
• Principles and practices of leadership and work management
