Staci Americas, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor (bilingual) to lead shift activities at the Batavia, IL location. You will oversee inventory, assign daily schedules to fulfillment staff, and maintain equipment safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehousing experience and the ability to communicate in bilingual environments. The position offers full-time hours with Sunday to Thursday shifts and opportunities to mentor staff, implement process

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehousing experience in warehousing, receiving or inventory control.
• Experience in a multi-client warehousing environment preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Determine space requirements and ensure inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
• Manage daily work schedules of fulfillment associates for a smooth operation.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean work environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on safe operation of equipment and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to be based at our Batavia location reporting to the Operations Manager. Available to work Sunday to Thursday schedule

Job Summary

Staci Americas is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

Job Duties

• Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
• Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.

Knowledge of

• Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability
• Principles and practices of leadership and work management

Selective Preference

The ideal candidate will have Three to Five (3-5) years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment
