We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to oversee daily operations of our warehouse and facility, ensuring excellence in service, safety, quality, and productivity. In this role, you’ll do more than manage workflows—you’ll inspire a team, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you’ll set the tone for a positive, high-energy environment where team members are empowered to succeed and proud to contribute.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback, and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage operational procedures including shipments, merchandise organization, and warehouse inventory maintenance.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete job assignments while maintaining records.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and handle materials.
• Resolve employee issues and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage, wearing PPE and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., with the potential for more depending on the facility.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels, which can be loud at times.
