Job Title: Production Supervisor (Night Shift Bilingual Preferred)

Schedule: Monday Wednesday | 6:30 PM 7:15 AM

Location: Womelsdorf, PA

We're seeking a dedicated and hands-on Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team and oversee all aspects of production during the night shift. This is a key role for a people-focused leader with a strong background in food manufacturing who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality products.

What You'll Do

• Lead with Purpose: Motivate, coach, and develop your team to consistently meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Drive Results: Manage production schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies from raw material handling to finished goods.
• Build Team Accountability: Monitor performance, address challenges proactively, and celebrate team success.
• Foster Connection: Use your bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and team engagement.
• Promote a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and boost productivity-while having fun doing it!
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven Leadership: Experience supervising production teams in a food manufacturing or similar environment.
• Bilingual Communication: Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Detail-Oriented: Skilled in managing schedules, tracking metrics, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to troubleshoot quickly, multitask effectively, and drive results under pressure.
• Physically Capable: Comfortable working in a high-paced, wet, oily, and noisy environment; able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 12-hour shifts.
