Job summary

Vistar, a leading candy, snack, and beverage distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Wisconsin Town of Jackson to supervise receiving, order pulling, loading trucks for next-day delivery, and paperwork related to deliveries.

You will lead administrative staff, ensure accurate orders, stock rotation, uphold safety programs, coordinate with Warehouse Manager, and optimize productivity using the warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates degree in business management or logistics preferred.
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience in foodservice industry.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and guidance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling for all orders during shift.
• Ensures proper stock rotation and FIFO procedures.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management system and other technologies to maximize productivity.
• Ensures building security and safety programs are followed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
