Job summary

Vistar, a leading candy, snack, and beverage distributor, is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, order pulling, and loading for next-day deliveries across its U.S. distribution network.

You will manage staff, scheduling, and training, ensuring accurate, timely orders and proper FIFO stock rotation while upholding safety and service quality standards. This role supports the company’s growth and distribution priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with ability to train and evaluate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff: hiring, scheduling, training, guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures accurate and timely order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Maintains FIFO stock rotation and proper stocking.
• Upholds service quality and ensures staff understand their roles.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Monitors productivity with warehouse systems and suggests improvements.
• Manages building security and safety programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
