Position: Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift, M-F 3:30PM-12:00AM)

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, supervise warehouse operations, communicate shift transitions, manage staff including performance reviews and disciplinary actions, oversee computer entry and paperwork flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assign work for 2nd shift staff, considering customer delivery schedules.
  • Oversee inbound/outbound freight loading per specifications.
  • Supervise drivers, communicate updates.
  • Review shipments for quality, alert relevant departments of issues.
  • Process shipment paperwork, including scanning BOLs.
  • Verify shipment accuracy against paperwork.
  • Monitor shipment quality and compliance.
  • Ensure staff meet customer requirements and are trained on changes.
  • Update Tee Card board and TMW system.
  • Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries.
  • Send shift-end emails to ensure smooth transition.
  • Ensure safety, training, and development per OSHA and company policies.
  • Oversee data entry accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage employee timesheets and monitor overtime.
  • Perform daily building checks and coordinate maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to AIB standards and handle food safety training.
  • Complete accident reports and emergency notifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education: High School diploma or GED required.
