In this role, you’ll oversee inventory supply, shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions to ensure timely product movement, accurate inventory, and a safe, organized facility. You’ll be hands-on in daily planning, team development, and process improvement—all while driving compliance with sanitation, safety, and quality standards.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to optimize space and productivity
• Coordinate product flow from plant to customer, ensuring on-time delivery
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement projects
• Manage timesheets, PTO, and payroll through Kronos
• Train new hires, coach existing team members, and lead performance evaluations
• Support talent development and diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Maintain clean, organized docks and storage areas
• Oversee trailer loading/unloading and customer shipment schedules
• Enforce GMP, safety, and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments for end-to-end process improvements
  
  

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse leadership
• Flexible to work various shifts as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
