Position Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 3:30PM-12:00AM, Tue-Fri 3:30PM-2:00AM, Sun-Wed 3:30PM-2:00AM
• Salary: $60-65k annually
• Note: This position is not remote; no relocation assistance provided.

Job Purpose: Supervise warehouse operations, communicate shift transitions, manage staff including performance reviews and disciplinary actions, oversee computer entry and paperwork flow.

Responsibilities include:

• Assigning work for 2nd shift, ensuring customer deadlines are met.
• Overseeing freight loading, supervising drivers, reviewing deliveries.
• Managing shipment paperwork, verifying accuracy, and ensuring customer specifications are met.
• Maintaining safety, training, and development in accordance with OSHA and company policies.
• Monitoring equipment, completing building checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Performing additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years supervisory/managerial experience in a warehouse setting.
• Dispatch and dock supervision experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software like Smart Turn or TMW is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and LTL dispatch.

Education: High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
