What you'll be doing day to day

As a Warehouse Supervisor supporting co-workers and operations at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:

• Encourage independent development and consistent performance management for co-workers.
• Resource plan for daily shifts by monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Track and complete time and pay system requests.
• Ensure inbound and outbound flow aligns with IKEA Warehousing Concept.
• Adhere to and promote Quality for Life and Safety Standards within the unit.
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.

As a diverse group, we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering, ensuring high product availability while minimizing costs. QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse, or Retail Distribution (preferred).
1 to 3 years of leadership experience.
Experience in leading and developing people.
Proficiency with Material Handling Equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
