Shift:

Operations handles materials handling and product distribution, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, and planning.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor oversees a team ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality pick, pack, and ship operations. Responsibilities include monitoring metrics, assigning work, coaching staff, addressing operational issues, and developing talent to uphold Cardinal Health’s customer service standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years supervisory or related experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, Kronos preferred
  • Availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

  • Schedule workforce efficiently
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders for international shipments
  • Collaborate with customer service on concerns and KPIs

  • Maintain quality customer service and handle inquiries
  • Manage employee development, training, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA, FDA, and other regulations
