2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 12:00am

We are seeking a Supervisor, SC Operations who can bring out the best in his/her team. Pay, Benefits And More. The annual salary range for this role is $68,640 - $75,082. GXO believes this is the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The actual pay may vary. This range is only applicable for jobs in California and may be modified in the future. We offer benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and more. What you’ll do on a typical day:

1. Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse; prepare schedules
2. Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
3. Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
4. Understand and adhere to the company quality policy
5. Maintain a clean environment following the 7S program
6. Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments
7. Implement continuous improvement action plans

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Minimum requirements:

1. 2 years of relevant work experience
2. Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
3. Availability for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekends

Preferred qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
2. 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
3. Bilingual in English/Spanish
4. Experience in an ISO or AS9100 environment
5. Warehousing or 3PL experience

This role requires physical ability to lift objects, stand, sit, walk, reach, bend, climb, push, pull, and handle tools, as well as tolerate warehouse environments.
