AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 1st shift in Doral, FL. The role leads the warehouse team, ensuring accurate packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management while supporting safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a management role.
• Previous experience in vending/foodservice is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, personable, and able to communicate with all levels.

Responsabilités

• Oversee warehouse team supervision and operations in packing, shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Support the Branch Manager in safe, efficient and economical warehouse operations.
• Oversee and participate in preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory.
• Oversee and participate in shipping activities to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Review shipping discrepancies and rectify with team members.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Order warehouse supplies when needed.
• Develop and maintain an effective department and train/coach team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
