AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Warehouse Lead to oversee daily packing, shipping, receiving and inventory in our Doral, FL facility. You will partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to drive accuracy, speed, and a safe, family-oriented team environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training and motivating team members, ensuring shipments meet quality standards, and maintaining orderly operations in a fast-paced setting with growth opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in overseeing the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in running the warehouse.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments, which includes lifting and carrying materials.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Order warehouse supplies when needed.
• Assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members.
