What You’ll Do

• Enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Plan work assignments and manage manpower to meet operational needs, executing the strategic vision of the company.
• Monitor employees and work processes to ensure proper completion according to company standards. Support your team’s success through observations and coaching.
• Validate payroll for team members.
• Conduct interviews and select candidates who are a good fit for the company.
• Evaluate employee performance and prepare performance appraisals.
• Resolve employee problems and collaborate with employees, peers, and stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution. Collect feedback and develop strategies to drive team efficiency.

What You Need To Succeed

• Be a safety champion—promote a safe and productive workplace through proper PPE use, safe operation of equipment, and safe lifting techniques.
• Actively contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination principles.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
• Ability to analyze, verify, and process information and data.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles and mechanized equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

Compensation

$64,700 - $81,000 annually.
