Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Typical Responsibilities:

1. Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations
2. Prepare work schedules
3. Supervise, train, and coach team members
4. Monitor work quality to deliver excellent customer service
5. Adhere to company quality policies and the GXO 7S program
6. Maintain effective communication with leadership and other departments
7. Implement continuous improvement initiatives
8. Maintain a clean and safe environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized scanners
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Managerial or supervisory experience for 2 years
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in an ISO or AS9100 environment
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift objects of various sizes and weights
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Capability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, and handle tools or equipment
• Tolerance for hot or cold warehouse environments
