Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Waterloo, IA Distribution Center. Responsibilities

Responsible for the production and execution of a fast-paced operation with the leadership and development of hourly associates.

This position oversees a team of hourly associates working a PM Shift at our Waterloo Distribution Center.

• 2nd shift core hours: 3:00pm to 11:30pm + OT
• Coordinates day-to-day general receipt, preparation and shipping tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency of work.
• Coordinates and checks the fulfillment documentation processes, ensuring correct documentation.
• Provides subject matter guidance and training to team members on new or updated fulfilment processes and standards.
• Liaises with all departments to ensure smooth shipping and delivery of goods, acting as a key point of contact for the team.
• Analyzes information to identify areas of improvement within own area of fulfillment responsibility and implements measures to improve the efficiency of the team.
• Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
