We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in our Waterloo, IA Distribution Center. Ideal candidates are proven leaders in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory control, process management, and work-shift coordination, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee a team working the PM shift (3:00pm to 11:30pm + OT).
• Coordinate receipt, preparation, and shipping tasks ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Manage fulfillment documentation processes for accuracy.
• Train team members on fulfillment processes and standards.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth shipping and delivery.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Adhere to company policies, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$18.50 - $40.19 per hour/monthly salary (depending on role type). This position is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. Wages may vary based on location and regulations.
