Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Warehouse Supervisor in New Windsor, NY. This full-time role starts early at 5:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, with Wednesday start at 3:00 a.m. and full shifts on Wednesday and Saturday. The position offers a competitive hourly pay of $25.

You will oversee warehouse operations, lead the team, and ensure accurate packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control. Join a growing foodservice company focused on quality and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a management role.
• Previous experience in vending/foodservice is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Support the Branch Manager in safe, efficient and economic running of the Warehouse.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory.
• Oversee and participate in incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments, which includes lifting and carrying materials.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members.
• Conduct Inventory counts.
• Order warehouse supplies when needed.
• Develop and maintain an effective department, assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Warehouse Supervisor, Full-time. This position is scheduled Monday through Saturday. Early start time 5:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Full days scheduled Wednesday and Saturday.

The pay for this position is: $25/hr.
