Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Warehouse Supervisor for 1st shift in Doral, Florida. This full-time role focuses on leading the warehouse team to ensure accurate packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management while supporting safe and efficient daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a management role.
• Previous experience in vending/foodservice is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, personable, and able to communicate with all levels of a company.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Support the Branch Manager in safe, efficient and economic running of the Warehouse.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory.
• Oversee and participate in incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Review shipping discrepancies and rectify problems with team members.
• Conduct Inventory counts.
• Order warehouse supplies when needed.
• Develop and maintain an effective department, assist in selection, training, motivation and review of team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a 1st shift, full-time position in Doral, FL.

Duties & Responsibilities:
