Job summary

Strategic-Retail-Partners (SRP) in Springville, Utah is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to mentor a warehouse crew, ensure accurate receiving and order fulfilment, and uphold safety standards.

You will train and coach associates, coordinate with supervisors, perform general warehouse tasks, operate pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts, manage bin changes, and help maintain orderly rack areas while delivering excellent shipments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience with receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory control.
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; team player.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and provide leadership to warehouse associates.
• Work with supervisors to ensure shipments are received and processed into inventory.
• Perform general warehouse functions and bin changes.
• Maintain rack area appearance and oversee picking and shipping of orders.
• Unloading, palletizing, wrapping, and putting away product.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and stand‑up forklifts.
• Promote workplace safety and maintain clear communication with leadership and peers.
