Job Summary

Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing the receipt, storage, shipment, and reporting of materials in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff, review operational procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and equipment protection.

Job Description

• Administer and oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Ensure overtime remains within budget. Oversee receipt, storage, shipment, and related reporting of materials, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Account for all materials and supplies in the storage facilities. Conduct audits on goods received into the warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure all routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead daily activities of employees, assign tasks, monitor progress, review work accuracy, provide technical guidance, and contribute to hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range is $58,240 - $84,240 annually, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Role eligible for bonuses and incentives. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, among others for employees working 30+ hours per week.
