• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, and material movement.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development.
• Participate in hiring activities, interviews, onboarding, and personnel recommendations.
• Plan workforce schedules and allocate resources to meet operational demands and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper inventory control practices are followed.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate product movement.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Track productivity metrics and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to support business objectives.
• Utilize warehouse management, ERP, and business systems to manage workflows and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, service, productivity, and cost control.

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Bonus Eligible: 7% Annual Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, workforce planning, and ensuring safe, efficient operations that support customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, and material movement.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Prior supervisory experience within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with:
• Shipping and receiving operations
• Inventory control and cycle counting
• Workforce planning and scheduling
• Employee coaching and performance management
• Warehouse productivity metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and utilize ERP, warehouse management, and business systems.
• Demonstrated experience interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, and developing employees.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience operating a Hostler.
• Experience working in food distribution, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse performance measurement and inventory management best practices.
