Aventure Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor in Norfolk, NE. This key leadership role directs the shipping process to ensure orders are pulled, packed, and shipped according to requirements, while overseeing daily cycle counts and supervising the warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have prior supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, and be able to drive safety and efficiency across daily operations.

Qualificações

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and running operational reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to the warehouse crew, monitoring daily workload and reallocating duties as needed.
• Direct shipping processes to ensure all customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped to meet customer requirements and delivery expectations.
• Oversee product quality aspects related to inventory control, storage, packing, handling, and shipping.
• Manage daily cycle counting processes and generate required reports
• Train new and current employees on position duties, standard operating procedures, systems, and company policies.
• Oversee department coverage, employee scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the department.
• Step in to assist or perform backup duties in shipping, receiving, or other warehouse areas as needed.
