Job summary

The position offers a first shift from 6 AM to 3 PM, requires an Associate degree and 5 years of warehouse leadership experience, and includes a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of warehouse supervision/management experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with scheduling and team development.
• Forklift operation and driving a box truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct receiving, staging, storage and interplant distribution to support on-time production.
• Supervise and mentor a 3-4 person team; onboard and manage performance.
• Uphold OSHA, LO_TO, and SQF/BRC safety and food-safety compliance.
• Apply Lean principles to reduce waste and improve material flow.
• Coordinate deliveries and third-party logistics; operate forklifts and campus truck as needed.

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support our manufacturing production schedule. In this role, you will oversee material handling, manage inventory movement, enforce strict safety standards, and lead a dedicated warehouse team. Plenty of room to grow in the company.

salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct receiving, staging, storage, and interplant distribution of film and raw materials to keep production running on time.
• Team Development: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 3-4 direct reports; handle onboarding, performance management, and daily labor planning.
• Safety & Compliance: Build a safety culture ensuring compliance with OSHA standards (LOTO, working at heights) and food-safety regulations (SQF/BRC).
• Process Improvement: Apply Lean manufacturing principles to streamline material flow, optimize warehouse space, and reduce waste.
• Logistics & Equipment: Coordinate supplier deliveries and third-party logistics. Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and drive a 24-foot campus truck as needed.
