Job summary

Randstad USA in Hudson, NH is seeking a Warehouse Leader (Direct Hire) to lead a small on-site team in a heavy industrial setting, coordinating product handling, receiving, shipping, and safety.

This role requires forklift and overhead crane experience, SAP/Excel skills, and strong collaboration with engineers and ownership. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, with competitive pay between $58,240 and $66,560 per year and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse leadership experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Excellent computer skills, specifically with SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, engineers, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Product and Inventory Handling – Work with other associates in safe product handling at the docks, offloading and loading of truck freight, and movement and organization of inventory between workcenters within the plant.
• Receiving and Shipping – Perform these activities as required to meet our Plant priorities and Customer schedules. Must maintain a schedule to properly coordinate this work.
• Safety and Environmental – Perform all work in a safe way for the safety of all personnel and our environmental compliance activities. This position requires the use of Forklifts, Overhead Cranes, and Scissor lifts.
• Documented Procedures – must be followed in all Receiving Inspections, Final Inspections, and Assembly process work.
• Assist other team members in performing site interior housekeeping Tasks.– emptying garbage, cleaning of floors and bathrooms. Assist other team members in outdoor lawn care. (small team, only 6-9 personnel onsite daily)

Compensation: $28.00 – $32.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)

About Us:

We are a privately owned manufacturer of high-voltage equipment. This is a Direct Hire (permanent) position working closely with our engineering team and the company owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• this is a Warehouse position, involving a variety of tasks for a team member to working cooperatively with 6 other employees on site. Large products, forklift skills, quality inspections, scissor lift use and routinely performing outdoor loading/unloading of flatbed trucks
