Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support the production schedule. This role oversees material handling, inventory movement, safety standards, and a dedicated warehouse team, with room to grow within the company.

The position offers a first shift from 6 AM to 3 PM, requires an Associate degree and 5 years of warehouse leadership experience, and includes a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of warehouse supervision/management experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with scheduling and team development.
• Forklift operation and driving a box truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct receiving, staging, storage and interplant distribution to support on-time production.
• Supervise and mentor a 3-4 person team; onboard and manage performance.
• Uphold OSHA, LO_TO, and SQF/BRC safety and food-safety compliance.
• Apply Lean principles to reduce waste and improve material flow.
• Coordinate deliveries and third-party logistics; operate forklifts and campus truck as needed.
