About The Role

1. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. Manages a team of warehouse associates and collaborates with other departments to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals.
2. Entry-level pay is $24.00 per hour.

What you'll do

1. Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with policies.
2. Monitor activities including receiving, storing, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
3. Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
5. Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
6. Coordinate with transportation providers and internal teams for timely deliveries.
7. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and maintain records.
8. Identify and implement process improvements.
9. Resolve employee issues and support team development.
10. Enforce safety protocols and lead safety training.
11. Perform general warehouse tasks such as following safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in inventory software, WMS, and Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
