Responsibilities: • Attend live and recorded trainings to stay current on healthcare solution offerings • Educate individuals and groups about accessible healthcare alternatives • Conduct B2B outreach to connect with small businesses and local organizations • Share your personal referral link to guide others through the enrollment process • Communicate consistently with your network via text, phone, or email • Participate in team chats and stay active in support communities • Help others understand how this solution compares to traditional healthcare • Provide clear, non-salesy education and support • Track outreach activity and follow up as needed • Collaborate with a team of mission-driven professionals • Set and hit personal and team performance goals Qualifications: • Business, healthcare, real estate, education, or sales background preferred • B2B outreach or relationship-building experience is a plus • Comfortable with commission-based income opportunities • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Has part-time or full-time availability • Ability to work independently and self-motivated • Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email • Access to a computer or laptop with internet connection • Willingness to attend virtual trainings and team meetings • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Open to remote, flexible work Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 at plan
