Job summary

Primally Pure LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities in Murrieta, CA. The role involves supervising receiving, warehousing and inventory, ensuring GMP, safety, quality, and sanitation standards are met, and maintaining KPI reports.

The ideal candidate will manage inbound/outbound shipments, uphold inventory controls, and drive efficient operations in a physically demanding environment requiring 6 am–10 pm shifts, weekends, and lifting up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unloading, stacking, and picking outbound shipments to maximize productivity.

Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor has general responsibility to participate in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing and inventory for the Company.

Responsibilities

• Support the facility and consistently meet/exceed established goals, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and maintenance. Maintain daily reports that are established to measure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Supervises and coordinates unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product and picking/staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems that meet ongoing and future facility needs
• Develop and manage the facility cycle count program and the inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle program.
• Ability to meet sometimes short deadlines and to be detail-oriented
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Ensures efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
• Oversees the proper completion of jobs
• Manage and receive incoming and outgoing shipments
• Inspect incoming products for defects and/or damages
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and validate incoming invoices
• Available to work within the hours of from 6 am to 10 pm, including some weekends and holidays
• Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for 8 hours a day, and lifting 50 to 75 lbs without restrictions
• Works diligently with exceptional attention to detail and maintains a positive attitude at all times.
• Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary and reasonable.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift (certified), hand truck, pallet jack, climb ladders and other warehouse equipment
• Team player with high energy, work ethic and organizational skills
• 2 years experience working in warehouse and/or inventory
• Must be able to work in varying facility conditions
