Job summary

Safelite in Utah is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a team of associates and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment aligned with field partner needs. You will coach, interview, and develop talent while driving cross‑shift collaboration, safety, and KPI performance.

You’ll establish operational plans to optimize throughput, coordinate staffing, and maintain a positive, accountable work environment that supports company goals and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and MVR check.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• 1–3 years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Korber or similar WMS is a plus.
• Proven ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented environments.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
