Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Supervisor on-site in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on coaching and leading warehouse staff, meeting performance goals, and maintaining safety standards across daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, strong leadership, and attention to detail. Spanish language skills are preferred as part of a diverse, on-site team in a leading distribution network.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related area.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and policies & procedures.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates, including championing safety programs.
• Assists in the warehouse as needed.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• May act as a manager and perform other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 7 years of experience in area of responsibility.
