Job summary

White Cap in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving, and ensure safety and efficiency.

The role targets candidates with forklift experience, strong leadership, and attention to detail; Spanish is a plus. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a growing distribution network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and other policies & procedures.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates, including championing safety programs and initiatives.
• Assists in the warehouse as needed.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.
• May act as a manager and performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
